Our pricing is based on an hourly rate, encompassing all costs
associated with filling a shift: the employee's pay rate, payroll
burden costs, administration and overhead, and our profit
FAQHow is my full-time permanent schedule assigned?
Our regular full-time rotation schedule is four 12 shifts on and
four 12 hour shifts off. The majority of our staff working within the
acute care setting work this schedule. For staff working both acute
care and long-term care, we flex to a schedule that is right for them.
The salary is set by a 75 hour bi-weekly schedule.
Does Health Staff hire casual employees only?
No, HealthStaff primarily employs full-time permanent RN's and LPN's. We do, however, have casual employees on staff that choose to
remain casual. Our clients are acute care, long-term facilities,
public sector, and private. We employ professional staff such as,
Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and paraprofessional
staff such as, Personal Care Workers, Ward Clerks, Ward Aids, and
Attendants.
